Haseo

Haseo and Sakaki's first meeting takes place during Rebirth's opening prologue in Mac Anu's central district. Haseo is storming through the root town when Sakaki floats by to swish his pretty, pretty ponytail and make some remark about Haseo being "that PKK, the one who smells of death". How Haseo smells of death, let alone anything, in a video game is never explained. Whatever the case, our favorite adept rogue puts his experience ignoring real-life street preachers to good use and keeps walking.

Haseo is one of the few people to never fall for Sakaki's kind and understanding facade. He knows there's more to the edge punisher than charm and charisma and isn't afraid to act on his suspicions, even when it puts him at odds with teammate Atoli. Haseo never lets a chance to insult Sakaki slip by and only returns his favors with sarcasm.

On the other hand, Sakaki likes to hide his dislike for Haseo and instead puts on the act of wanting to extend a hand of peace. Haseo is a famous PKKer and though Moon Tree does not approve of his actions, Sakaki would like everyone to know he would still like to help. However, his true self is exposed when he starts a rebellion in Moon Tree's headquarters in an attempt to take over the guild.

In Redemption, Sakaki returns from his "death" as "The World"'s new system administrator in place of the absent Yata. He is absolute in his control and wants Haseo under his thumb; but Haseo refuses to pledge his loyalty. Though they are unable to outright act against Sakaki, he refuses to leave the former members of G.U. to themselves and eggs Haseo into participating in his PK tournament. Haseo succeeds in winning the tournament despite the odds against him and Sakaki's constant vigil.

His natural sense of righteousness and delusions were obnoxious without AIDA; with it and the power it brings, Sakaki is a formidable opponent. However, Haseo succeeds in the face of his flawless performances, which Sakaki was assured would lead him to victory. Sakaki's own belief in his moral superiority over a lowly PKKer like Haseo magnifies the humiliation he feels at his defeats. Endrance's treason is the final break and the AIDA possessing Sakaki overtakes him completely.

After he is data drained and AIDA<Victorian> is removed from him, Sakaki arrives in an outer dungeon where he is finally removed from the game by Aura's Azure Knights.
