Physically, X is fit as well. He is clearly in shape, both strong enough to fight the Titans as well as skilled enough to perform various acrobatic stunts. His martial arts skills, which at least match Robin's, are no laughing matter as well. Using the various weaponry the Red X suit is equipped with reveals his skills with not only hand-to-hand combat, but also different weapons. This ranges from the throwing shuriken to the scarlet 'x' shaped blades that appear on the backs of his hands to all the other gadgets Robin installed in the Red X costume.

From his ability to hack security systems as well as the apparent ease with which he figured out how to take down the Titans, we can assume X is highly intelligent. He thinks quickly and on the fly, putting strategy together without a second thought as he fights the Titans, gauging their strengths and weaknesses. Red X's ability to adapt to any given situation is apparent.
