Cloud will always hate and fear Hojo. Like Sephiroth, the scientist dominated Cloud's life for years. A lot of people forget what it means to be a labrat. Hojo controlled when Cloud ate, slept, what he ate, what media he was exposed to. Cloud's body and mind were both violated through Hojo's medical experimentation. They were changed in ways that can never be undone, and without Cloud's permission.
