Bart AllenBart Allen is a character found in the main DC Comics universe alongside such staples as Superman and Batman. He began life as a cameo character in the pages of The Flash during Wally West's (first) tenure as the fastest man alive. As the grandson of Barry Allen, the second Flash, it's no surprise that Bart followed in his footsteps to become a super-speeding hero under the name Impulse. During his time as a Teen Titan Bart took up the title Kid Flash, becoming heir apparent to the Flash mantle. During the recent Infinite Crisis shake-up of the DCU, Wally West vanished with his family into the Speed Force, leaving Bart to take his place as the scarlet speedster.Recent events involving Bart and mortality have proven DC still doesn't really know what they're doing so who knows when I'll have to update this page? |
